Log in below to submit advancement for youth members. You can add ranks, merit badges and awards, as well as update information on existing advancements (except the Eagle Scout rank).

To use Internet Advancement:

  1. Select a leader from your Venturing Crew as the Advancement Chair. This person must have Internet connectivity and Microsoft Internet Explorer. 
  2. Gather information for advancement, including merit badge applications and advancement records with dates. Download the unit ID numbers.
  3. Click on the orange 'LOGIN' button on this page. Follow the instructions to process advancements and print an advancement report.
  4. Have the appropriate people sign the printed unit advancement report and submit it to the council. You must turn in an advancement copy to the council office (Scout Shop) in order to purchase advancements (badges of rank and merit badges). Save a copy for your files.

Units should submit monthly reports, or more often if needed. In December, submit a report before the end of the month to update your unit and council statistics.
