Arli Helen Boustead is a Program Director with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council. In this role, Arli oversees various aspects of the Scouting Program to ensure the quality program is deliverd to youth so they continue their Scouting career. Arli's staff assignments include Advancement, Training, oversee the Activities Executive and Scouter Services Associates.

In 2002, Arli received her Bachelors in Scence in Exercise Science from Linfield College.

Arli has been with the Council since 2007 as a Learning For Life Program Executive and Venturing Executive. Prior to starting with the Council, Arli was a Teen Center Director for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Program Specialist for the Youth Programs Department for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Various special Events for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Camp Counselor in Germany for Camp Adventure; an education program through University of Northern Iowa.
