Nathan Young is the Director of Field Services with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council. In this role, Nathan oversees all district operations, manpower development, membership development, district Friends of Scouting and leadership to professional field staff.

Nathan holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Nathan has been with the Council since 2000 as a District Executive of Diamond Dick-Norfolk, Nebraska District Director of Diamond Dick, Goldenrod and Petah La Shauro Districts. Prior to working for the Council, Nathan worked at Information Technology in Lincoln, Nebraska.
