David S. Harris is a Senior District Executive of War Eagle District with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council.

David has been with the Council since 2012. His previous experience as a professional Scouter was with the Great Rivers Council, Columbia, MO as District Executive and Program Director. Prior to David's commission into the Scouting profession, he accumulated nearly 30 years of Scouting experience as a Scout and volunteer in our Movement – serving as a Scoutmaster, Cubmaster, Unit Commissioner and many other leadership roles. He has completed Woodbadge for the 21st Century (Beaver Patrol) and is an Eagle Scout.
