Dylan Bryan Grimsley is a War Eagle District Executive with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council. In this role, Dylan is responsible for all district functions in Union County South Dakota, Dakota and Dixon Counties in Nebraska, Ida, Sioux, Plymouth, Woodbury and Monona Counties in Iowa.

In 2011, Dylan attained his Masters Degree majoring in Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of South Dakota.

Dylan has been with the Council since 2012. Prior to starting with the Council, Dylan worked as a care coordinator for Boys and Girls Home Family Services. His responsibilities included working with youths and parents who had experienced hardships and determining the best permanent home for the child.
