Katherine "Kathy" Louise Jurey is a Popcorn Campaign Assistant with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council. In this role, Kathy is responsible for managing all popcorn reports, popcorn event registrations, popcorn scholarships, and overall assisting with the popcorn campaign in the Council.

In 1999, Kathy attained their Bachelors Degree majoring in Business from Bellevue University.

Kathy has been with the Council since 2011. Prior to starting with the Council, Kathy held positions in the past that have required organization and working with people. Kathy has been very busy in many volunteer opportunities such as Parents for Education, Church, and Cub Scouts. Her son is a Bear cub moving up to Webelos I with Pack 232 in Blair, NE. Kathy is currently the treasurer and the camp coordinator for Pack 232.
