Dixie Wagner is the BSA Bugle Editor with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council. In this role, Dixie is responsible for producing the council newsletter, the BSA Bugle, providing support to newsletter ad sales and promoting special sections and stories for the newsletter and BSA Bugle subscriptions. Dixie also produces the online e-Bugle, informational council email communication and district e-newsletters, as well as updates online bulletin community boards with council news and events.

Dixie attended UNO with a focus on Communication and Marketing.

Dixie has been with the Council since 2005.
