Michelle Erin Hurt is the LFL District Director with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council.

Michelle graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2008 with a Certification in Public Relations and Advertising and a minor in art studio.

Michelle started her career at the Council in 2008 as an intern and as a paraprofessional with the Learning for Life area. She has helped coordinate the Summer Arts Festival in Downtown Omaha, worked on special events at the Durham Museum and is on the Omaha Sports Hall of Fame Board and plans their annual dinner and awards ceremony. Michelle has an uncle who is a Scoutmaster at St. Pius X/St. Leo in Omaha and has two cousins who are Eagle Scouts.
