The Mid-America Council is excited to announce Voice of the Scout (VOS) the BSA's first nation-wide effort to directly engage our volunteers! The initiative Voice of the Scout is a system of continuous surveys and reports that will capture the value our members, parents and volunteers are associating with Scouting.
Through these experiences we can understand what is driving word-of-mouth referrals to Scouting and loyalty to our program. The results from these surveys will give the Mid-America Council an idea of what we can do better to support our members. You may be asking what we need from you to make this happen. All we need is a current email and for you to give us your honest feedback. These emails will only be sent out two times a year.
