Advancement Reporting & Recognition Items
The Internet Advancement System is available for the Unit Advancement Chairman to regularly load the units roster, enter advancements and submit to Council, for recognition item pick up. If your unit is having trouble with this system, we have posted a Microsoft Word version of the Advancement Report . Download the form, edit, save and email to 326Advancements@scouting.org or faxed to 402.431.0444 to submit, and order recognition items.
Regular reporting is important for the accuracy of the Scouts record.

New Award and Recognition Replacement Site Created
A new website has been created to order new and replacement Eagle Scout credentials along with replacement award items for the George Meany Award, Vale la Pena Award, Lifesaving or Meritorious Action Award, and Wood Badge wallet card. Visit www.awardreplacements.kintera.org/bsa for more information about replacing an award. Also, effective immediately, the fee for expedited shipping has been increased from $25 to $40. Merit Badge Counselors
Merit Badge Counselors are a vital part of the advancement process for Boy Scouts. If you are interested in becoming a Merit Badge Counselor, please complete this form, as well as a BSA Adult Application for your new position.
Update to the MBC Process for Existing Counselors
Existing Merit Badge Counselors, no longer need to complete a BSA Adult Application for this position each year. Simply re-submit the Merit Badge Counselor application each year, to ensure we are keeping up with what you'd like to offer, and we have your most current contact information. The Merit Badge Counselor Application can be found here.

Early Rank Requirement Videos
Go to www.scouting.org/boyscouts/rankvideo and click on Tenderfoot, Second Class or First Class rank to view a list of the requirements. Each requirement is linked to a video explanation that can be be viewed live or downloaded. This is a great way to prepare for a demonstration of Scouting skills or leadership instruction.
